What do you think the hardest part about watching someone move on is? What is the hardest part about moving on yourself?
AnonymousYou’ve got to understand that moving on is not about going onto the next person. It definitely isn’t that for me. For me, moving on is being able to accept what has happened and carry on with life with a different mind set.
However, The hardest part is trying to let go of the memories. It’s hard when you have to imagine the person you wanted to spend life with,want to spend it with someone else. The little things that you lived for, are now being doing with someone else. Watching someone move on makes you think,damn why can they just let me go so easy but I can’t do the same. It’s a slippery slope. You spiral downwards. You pick out all of your insecurities and blame yourself for not being like the person they moved on to be with. In order to move on,you need to be able to forgive the person and yourself. You can’t hold spite in your heart for them. No matter what you do or feel, it won’t affect them so youve got to love yourself enough to owe yourself that. Moving on is a triggering experience and even almost a year on,its still hard cause you always wish that things could have been different if you didn’t do that one thing or they didn’t walk away.
If it was true love,you’ll love them enough to let them go. You’ll love them enough to let them live and love on. You’ll love them enough to pray for their happiness and good health and well-being. You’ll want good for them despite your differences. You’ll love them even if they don’t love you back. You’ll love them enough for them to be happy in their current relationship. You’ll love them enough even when they’ll never know it.
Guys please help her and her family in this tragedy. Even a dollar could make a difference. I have known her for a while she use to be my follower but I lost touch with her but I know that she is a beautiful person and she nor her family deserves this. So please donate and reblog for this cause. May Allah swt have mercy on them and provide them in their hard times. Ameen.
